Inge Sachs-Pen is a full-time German teacher at CIEL (since 1999), hails from Germany, and holds an MA in language and cultural science from Johann Wolfgang von Goethe University in Frankfurt. Inge has taught German for sixteen years both in Taiwan and in Germany. She has served as a lecturer in the Department of German at Soochow University, taught German at the Ministry of National Defense Language School and at the German Cultural Center.
