Pascal Ponasse is the founder and director of CIEL. A doctoral candidate at the Université Paris 1, he has completed doctoral coursework at Taiwan’s National Political University as well and has 27 years' teaching experience (25 of which were in Taiwan). Pascal has served as director and educational manager at the Hong Kong Institute of Languages and taught French at Qinghua University’s Department of Foreign Languages and for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Chunghwa Telecom, Veterans’ General Hospital, China Airlines, China International Commercial Bank, the Taipei branch of BNP, TaipeiBank, the Hong Kong and Taipei branches of Banque Nationale de Paris, the Institut Français à Taipei, and L’Oréal Taiwan. He is fluent in Chinese and English. |
