Start Deutsch
Start Deutsch 1 (equivalent to level A1 of the Common European Framework of Reference) and Start Deutsch 2 (equivalent to level A2 of the Common European Framework of Reference) are TELC language examinations for the assessment of language skills in German for adult learners.
Zertifikat Deutsch
The Certificate in German (Zertifikat Deutsch, ZD) is a worldwide recognized examination at the end of basic level (equivalent to level B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference). Applicants should have attended 350 to 600 lessons of German to be able to pass this exam.
ZDfB
The Business German Certificate (ZDfB) shows that you can understand simple business texts, letters and participate in conversations in the day-to-day situations of a working environment.
TestDaF
TestDaF is an examination on an advanced level emphasizing the use of German in university-relevant contexts. Students should have had at least 700 hours worth of German lessons.
