Philip Tank, a German citizen born in Berlin, is a full-time teacher with Ciel Institute of European Languages (歐協語文中心). Philip holds a Master of Arts in English studies and Political science (University of Technology, Dresden). Philip has been teaching German and English in Germany and in Hong Kong since 2009. |
